(Appendix to the General Terms and Conditions of IHC Ice House Customs)
IceHouse Customs (“IHC”) provides high-quality motorcycle repair, customization, performance tuning, electrical diagnostics, and restoration services. All work is performed with professional skill and attention to detail, in accordance with Swiss law (CO Art. 363–379). From vintage Harleys to modern cruisers, our technicians ensure a reliable and transparent service experience. All quotes and recommendations are made in good faith. Cost estimates are non-binding and may be revised if unforeseen issues or additional work becomes necessary. The customer will always be informed and consulted before proceeding with modifications beyond the original agreement.
1. Purpose of the Service
The “FLEXI-Payment” service is a payment facility offered by IHC Ice House Customs to allow its customers to pay their repair invoices in installments, ensuring maximum flexibility.
2. Installment Conditions and Interest Rates
The service allows you to divide the total invoice amount into 3 (three) monthly installments. A fixed interest rate of 3% is applied to the total invoice amount to cover administrative and processing costs. The minimum interest amount applied is always CHF 40.-.
3. Due Dates and Payment Methods
The due dates for the payment of each individual installment are fixed, pre-established, and clearly indicated on the QR invoice (payment slip) provided to the customer. The customer must strictly respect these due dates.
4. Acceptance of the Agreement
This service does not require the signing of a separate paper contract. Making the first installment payment automatically constitutes full and complete acceptance of these FLEXI-Payment service conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions and the standard credit conditions of IHC Ice House Customs.
5. Default and Late Payment
The missed, partial, or late payment of even a single installment will result in the loss of the installment plan benefits. In such cases, the entire remaining balance will become immediately due. In the event of non-payment, IHC Ice House Customs will start debt collection procedures. All administrative, legal, and collection costs resulting from debt recovery will be charged entirely to the defaulting customer.
6. Final Provisions
For anything not expressly stated in this document, the General Terms & Conditions of IHC Ice House Customs shall apply.
